The Five Key Strategy Questions and the Business Canvas: Resources

The Five Key Strategy Questions

In this workshop using the Five Strategy Questions canvas you will be able to identify where your business should play and not play, how to beat the competitors who are playing in your chosen space, what are the key capabilities you need to win against those competitors and the management systems you need to build and maintain to operate your key capabilities.

From answering these five key questions you will develop a high-level strategy for your business, allowing you to identify new market opportunities and focus your business on what it does best

You’ll also describe and challenge your business model by getting clarity on your value proposition, the activities required to deliver the value proposition; the resources and partners you need to deliver the activities and the associated revenue and cost structures. You’ll learn how to use the business canvas to innovate and pivot your business model.
