These Terms and Conditions inform you of the terms of use on which you may make use of our website iukacademy.kdwebserver.co.uk (our site) and associated and linked site which are under our control, whether as a guest or a registered user. Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you shall abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site.

1.         Accessing the Site
When using our site, you must comply with the provisions of our acceptable use policy (see Section 8 below). Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw and/or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). Specifically, course and registration information is dynamic and subject to change; the most up-to-date and complete information we provide to prospective students is at the point of registration which is also the date of booking and this may differ from information posted on our site.

We aim to update our site regularly and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close any part of it indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time and we are under no obligation to update such material.

While iUK Academy Limited endeavours to ensure that the information on our site is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on the site or in any brochures / prospectuses. The material displayed on our site is provided ‘as is’ without any guarantees, conditions or warranties or other terms of any kind, as to its accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we, other members of our group of companies and any third parties connected to us (directly and/or indirectly) hereby expressly exclude:

If your use of the material on our site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment, software, or data, you assume all resultant costs.
