Developing Viable Business Ideas and Models

This 90-minute interactive workshop will provide you with the skills and tools to evaluate the opportunity for your business idea and then to determine the ideal business model required to bring the idea to market.

Objectives

To introduce two strategic planning tools; The Five Key Strategy Questions and the Business Canvas; that allow you to develop a strategy for your business or business idea and then develop the ideal business model to exploit that strategy.
