2 Cohort 2023 Orientation Session

Overview
During this session you’ll be able to meet the course leaders and other members of this cohort. We’ll take you through the programme outline and structure, show you how to navigate the platform and how to access all the course resources. Module 1 of this cohort begins on Monday 24th April 2023.
Basadur Profile
During this pre-programme opening session we will use the Basadur Profile. The Basadur Profile will look at how you approach problem-solving and innovation and how that understanding will enable you to have better conversations with your peers and partners and help you build stronger, more dynamic teams.
Please use the following directions to create an account and take the Profile. This should be done before 2pm on Thursday 20th April so that your results will be available for the Friday morning session. It only takes 5-10 minutes to complete.

- Upon reaching the invitation page, you will be prompted to join the iUK Academy 2023 Cohort 2 Click Accept and Continue.
- You will then be asked to create an account.
- You will be prompted to take the Profile. Upon completion, your results will be displayed. That’s it! Please download the pdf for a detailed explanation of your results.
