Congratulations on completing The Entrepreneur Experience Programme!
We hope that you now have the confidence, skills and knowledge to progress with your business idea. Over the course of the programme you have:
- Evaluated the opportunity for your business idea and determined the ideal business model required to bring the idea to market
- Identified your ideal target audience and developed a top-level marketing and communications strategy to launch your new product or service
- Gained the knowledge to evaluate and put together your early stage management team and be ready to grow your network
- Understood the key legal issues to be aware of when setting up your business in the UK and the roles and responsibilities for business owners
- Gained a solid understanding of financial management for your business
- Learnt about the different ways to raise finance for your venture and how to negotiate with investors
- Mastered the techniques of creating a successful pitch and secure investment
Wrapping up
In order to fully complete the programme please ensure that you have:
- worked through each module and marked every lesson as “complete”
- submitted the assignments for each module
- filled in the feedback survey for each module
After assessment you will be awarded your IOEE Certificate of Completion and become part of our international alumni.
